Another month down

As always I have put new pictures up on my progression page.

September is my slowest month so far for weight lose. I think it has something to do how busy I have been with work and school. That’s not a bad thing.

I’ve been challenged by someone to get to 150 lbs lost by my one year mark. That means I have 43 lbs to go in 3.4 months. I’m going to give it a real push to get there.

September Goals

Get to 250 lbs - Only 7 lbs lost, my slowest month. Been busy though.

Keep my job - Done

Continue the 100 push-up challenge - Stuck on week 3 but still working on it.

Get situated in school - Doing well here.

Get to a 15 minute mile - Ankle hasn’t cooperated but will continue to work on it

Get to a 15 minute mile

Work on a 5 minute plank
