I made it another month

Really good month for me. I may not have achieved the little goals I set, but I did a lot of other things.

I’ve been doing real well in my classes, I’m working 30ish hours a week, and there is something else that’s been diverting my attention. In a good way though.

I’m happy with the month, and I’m happy to see a bigger number down then I did last month.

October Goals

Get to 240 lbs - 245 actually, but that’s good

Continue 100 push-up challenge - I’ve actually taken a break from this.

Get to 15 minute mile - I’m so close, I should have this in the next week, my ankle makes it hard sometimes

Work on a 5 minute plank - I didn’t do this much, I’ve been focused on the cardio

November Goals

Get to 230 lbs

5 minute plank

Be able jog/run 1.5 miles without stopping

Work on my bench press amount
