Another month goes by. November was a bit slow to start but I made up a lot of ground in the last 2 weeks. Might have just been a natural plateau. My ankle has been really tender the last couple weeks or so, I think I strained it a bit while doing HIIT, I’ve taken it easy since then as I don’t want to make it worse. As soon as it feels better I’ll be back doing what I was doing.
I’m still working a lot, an doing well in my classes. Looking forward to this semester ending and seeing that my hard work as paid off in my GPA.
I’m quite happy with things at present, and I’ve been very happy in my every day stuff.

November Goals
Get to 230 lbs - Didn’t make it, but I never seem to. Must be why it’s a goal.
5 minute plank - I didn’t do to much of this, though I can do it for 2 minutes I know.
Be able jog/run 1.5 miles without stopping - My ankle has not cooperated this month.
Work on my bench press amount - The amount I’m reping is up, so done.
