			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Happy New Year to anyone who reads these lame posts of mine.  This post is a couple days later then normal but I&#8217;ve been distracted by other things. I&#8217;m sure no one missed it anyway.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s the middle of winter here, and I&#8217;m starting to miss the ability to walk and jog outside. The treadmill has finaly crashed under the stress of having me abuse it. I am likely going to buy an elliptical machine to replace it as a friend of mine highly recommends them over the classic treadmill. Just haven&#8217;t fully decided yet.</p>
<p>Starting today I&#8217;m going to get psycho about this again. I haven&#8217;t been bad at all, but I feel I just need to get even more obsessed with this then I have been.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s almost been 1 year, and I will be making a post when I get to that point. Which is about 2 weeks from now. Though I don&#8217;t think I&#8217;ll be making my 1 year goal, I can live with that.</p>
<p>As always I&#8217;ve posted pictures on my progression page.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">December Goals</span></p>
<p>Get to 220 lbs - <em>I never make these, but I still set them. Lost 10 lbs, which is good</em></p>
<p>5 minute plank <em>- I&#8217;m not sure why but I just haven&#8217;t done these</em> much</p>
<p>Be able jog/run 1.5 miles without stopping - <em>Done</em></p>
<p>Work on increasing my speed doing HIIT on the treadmill <em>- Done, even though it broke last week</em></p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>January Goals</strong></span></p>
<p>Get to 210 lbs</p>
<p>5 minute plank</p>
<p>Be very strict with my diet</p>
<p>Look into adding a little body weight circut training</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Another month goes by. November was a bit slow to start but I made up a lot of ground in the last 2 weeks. Might have just been a natural plateau. My ankle has been really tender the last couple weeks or so, I think I strained it a bit while doing HIIT, I&#8217;ve taken it easy since then as I don&#8217;t want to make it worse. As soon as it feels better I&#8217;ll be back doing what I was doing.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m still working a lot, an doing well in my classes. Looking forward to this semester ending and seeing that my hard work as paid off in my GPA.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m quite happy with things at present, and I&#8217;ve been very happy in my every day stuff.</p>
<p>As always I&#8217;ve posted a couple new pics on my progression page.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">November Goals</span></p>
<p>Get to 230 lbs - <em>Didn&#8217;t make it, but I never seem to. Must be why it&#8217;s a goal.</em></p>
<p>5 minute plank - <em>I didn&#8217;t do to much of this, though I can do it for 2 minutes I know.</em></p>
<p>Be able jog/run 1.5 miles without stopping - <em>My ankle has not cooperated this month.</em></p>
<p>Work on my bench press amount - <em>The amount I&#8217;m reping is up, so done.</em></p>

<p>September is my slowest month so far for weight lose. I think it has something to do how busy I have been with work and school. That&#8217;s not a bad thing.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been challenged by someone to get to 150 lbs lost by my one year mark. That means I have 43 lbs to go in 3.4 months. I&#8217;m going to give it a real push to get there.</p>

<p>Get to 250 lbs - <em>Only 7 lbs lost, my slowest month. Been busy though.</em></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So the month of August has come and gone. As always, I&#8217;ve taken 2 pictures of myself and put them on my progression page. I did something to amuse myself with it this time. I wore one of my more &#8220;comfortable&#8221; shirts from when I was much larger. Its kinda funny to see exactly how big it is on me now. On to my goals.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">August Goals</span></p>
<p>Get to 260 lbs -<em> Nope, I&#8217;m good with 265 right now though.</em></p>
<p>Get a Job - <em>Hell yes! I start this week.</em></p>
<p>Start the 100 push-up challenge <em>- 1 week into it, no major issues thus far.</em></p>
<p>Get situated in school <em>- One week of classes down. Doing well.</em></p>
<p>So once again, I do not hit my weight goal. Honestly I think I set them pretty boldly, so even though I don&#8217;t make them I at least have a high goal to work towards. However, getting to 265 means I have lost 100 lbs since I started this little endeavour. That&#8217;s a huge milestone.</p>
<p>I also start my job this coming week, and I&#8217;m in school. I&#8217;m having to adjust my schedule to still allow me to get my work outs in, but I&#8217;m determined to keep up with this. I feel so much better then I used too. I don&#8217;t ever want to go back to where I was.</p>
